Inn Policies

Rates:  Reflect in US Dollars, before tax and are based on double occupancy. We include in our rates, a full breakfast, use of our facilities and daily housekeeping.

Some of our rooms allow for additional guests, and the charge after double occupancy is $25.00 per person, per night.

Deposits: A credit card or check deposit is required for each room reserved. A one night’s deposit including tax will be charged at time of reservation. Balances are collected upon check-in.

Gift Certificates are charged in full at time of order.

Cancellations: We don’t like it when you cancel! But life happens and we get it.

We are a small, family-owned Inn and cancellations affect us. If you feel, for any reason, that you have to cancel your stay please call us as soon as possible so we can work with you on securing another date if the availability permits.

Parties who shorten their stay, or are a no-show continue to be responsible for the entire period reserved. The County of Lamoille in the State of Vermont shall be jurisdiction for any dispute arising from a reservation.

Refunds: To receive a refund of your deposit, we ask you notify us of your intent to cancel more than 14 days in advance to be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee. If you’re canceling during a peak season (Fall Foliage, Christmas & New Year Weeks, President’s Week & 4th of July Week), a 30-day advanced notice is required.
If you cancel your reservation for any reason, within these two time periods of your reservation arrival date, your deposit is non-refundable. We do try to work with guests on moving dates if timing permits! Always ask.

There is no credit or refund for early departures. This includes any weather-related activities.

Welcome to New England.

Check-In / Check-out: Check-in is 3 PM to 9 PM. If you expect to arrive outside of these hours, please call ahead to request special arrangements. Payment in full is required at check-in. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or cash. Check-out is by 11 AM on your departure day. Any special requests need 24 hours advance notice.
